Chelsea vs Brighton: Cole Palmer creates Premier League history

Chelsea have defeated Brighton by 4-2 at the Stamford bridge. Cole Palmer scored all four goals for the Blues who fell behind in the 7th minute. But, Chelsea were able to pull an amazing comeback and put 3 on scoreboard before conceding second. The Palmer again found the back of the net to help Chelsea claim all three points.

The Blues have now won four matches in a row. They are now sitting on the fourth position in the Premier League with 13 points. Enzo Maresca is guiding the club in the right direction but still has to work on his defence. Chelsea’s defence was breached by Brighton two times today. The Blues will be unstoppable if they are able to match their defence with their attacking play.

Cole Palmer creates history

Palmer has now created Premier League history as he became the first player ever to score four goals in the first half of the match. Palmer first scored in the 21st minute and Nicolas Jackson picked up an assist. Jackson did amazing work in Brighton penalty box but was unselfish to pass it to Palmer.

In the 28th minute Palmer scored from the penalty spot. Jadon Sancho was fouled by Lewis Dunk who was showed yellow card. After just 3 minutes, Palmer scored a superb free kick and completed his hattrick.

His last goal came in 41st minute. Jadon Sancho was amazing once again who picked up an assist this time. Palmer made it four for a day and wrote his name in the history books.
