According to Sami Mokbel, Palace are open to sign Trevoh Chalobah permanently. Chalobah joined Palace on loan this summer. The 25 year old has played 14 games and scored 3 goals this season.
Palace are open to sign him permanently but are unwilling to make Marc Guehi the part of the deal. Guehi has been heavily linked with Chelsea recently. The Blues are said to make a move for him this month itself as he has 18 months left on his Palace contract.
Lastly, Mokbel said that Palace can struggle to meet the salary demands of Chalobah if he increased his current wages. The 25 year old currently earns around £80,000 per week. He may demand pay rise when switching clubs.
Chelsea are also said to be discussing about recalling Chalobah back until the end of the season. Wesley Fofana is going to miss more than expected. Hence, the West London club are discussing about signing new stars or recalling their loaned stars back to fill his void.
