Erik Ten Hag praises one Man United player’s return to form

Marcus Rashford is looking like returning back to the top form. He recently scored his first Premier League goal of the season and then scored brace in Carabao Cup. Earlier, in summer there were talks about Rashford leaving the club due to his inconsistency.

Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag has spoken positively about his player and backed him. He also gave the reasons behind Rashford’s return in form. Lastly, the manager placed his faith in the player.

Firstly, Ten Hag said that when the lifestyle is not right, no player can perform well. He added to reach the right levels, disciplined life is very important. Later, Ten Hag spoke about Rashford and said that the player needed some help.

Ten Hag said that Marcus needs to set his life right, his training attitude right and match attitude right. He also added that Rashford is a world class player.

Speaking about poor last season from Rashford, Ten Hag said that every player has ups and downs. He added that Marcus knows about it and knows how to fight back. Lastly, Ten Hag said that Rashford is now back and has started the season well.

Marcus Rashford was able to score only 8 goals last season. He has already shown what is able to do in the 2022/23 season. Rashford scored 30 goals that season out of which 17 came in Premier League. He will hope to recreate that season and redeem himself infront of the United fans.

Rashford was the third most rated player against Barnsley. He started the game as a striker and played 63 minutes. In around that hour, he scored 2 goals and provided 1 assists.
