Nicolo Fagioli has had a great start to his career at Juventus. He netted his first goal for Juventus in the 1-0 win against Leece. His father talked about what the goal meant for him.
“I was moved and I hope it is just the beginning, but the goal is already a dream for a Juventus fan like me. I told Nicolò to enjoy this goal for a few hours, he deserved it. I’ve watched the goal at least 30 times and some tears always run down my face. However, that type of goal did not surprise me.“
Max Allegri is really happy with the progress Fagioli is making. He is a versatile player who has the qualities to play any position on the pitch.
Cristiano Ronaldo is an inspiration for many youngsters in the world. One such player is Juve’s 21-year-old star Nicolo Fagioli. Fagioli’s father reveals how he became a Bianconeri fan because of Ronaldo and how Ronaldo believed in him.
“Ronaldo had a great impact on Nicolò. When we were all scared by the problem to his heart, Cris reassured him saying that he had had a similar issue when he was a kid and that everything would be solved.”
The injury to Pogba and Arthur’s departure meant that Fagioli did not go on loan to any club.
Fagioli’s father revealed how he became a Juve fan and then Nicolo grew up watching him support Juventus.
“I became a Juventus fan thanks to my dad. I grew up watching Michel Platini. The same happened with Nicolò who watched Juventus games with me. Alessandro Del Piero was his first idol, after him, it was Paulo Dybala and Nicolò was lucky to meet him and play with him. They are on good terms. In the current squad, Nicolò has a great rapport with Morata, they are friends and they even went on holiday together“
Juventus have injury issues for the PSG clash
Juventus are out of this season’s UCL. It was a horror show for them in the group stages as they were defeated by the likes of Maccabi Haifa and PSG. Max Allegri’s side is struggling for form with so many injuries and no continuity in the squad. The Bianconeri will now face PSG on 2nd November in what is a chance for PSG to ensure top spot. But Juventus have a lot of injuries going into the match.
As per reports, Juventus have 12 players missing from the PSG game. These include 11 who are injured and Danilo who will serve a one-match ban. Allegri will see this as an opportunity to play the young guns and maybe boost their confidence in such a massive clash. Wednesday will be the end of Juve’s catastrophic UCL campaign.
