Five Arsenal players who will be fit to feature against Forest

The Premier League will be back in action from this weekend. And like every other team the Gunners would also love to restart the journey on a positive note. However, the last 3-4 weeks were like a nightmare for the Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.

As they lost 4 of their last 7 games across all competitions. They were dropped down from the 2nd position to the 4th in the league table. Currently the Gunners are 9 points behind the table toppers Liverpool, 4 behind City and on the same points with third positioned Chelsea.

But the season is very long and Arsenal are still alive in the title race. But now they must lock in and give it all in order to chase the silverware. Arsenal’s next league game is against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, and they will definitely be looking forward to grab all the three points.

Arsenal could welcome back these players from injury

Arsenal have been facing an injury crisis since the start of the season. Almost every other key squad players have once been sidelined due to injuries this season. But after the November international break, we could see some players back in the Xi being fully fit.

Raheem Sterling missed the last game against the Blues as he was ineligible to play against his parent club. He will returning to squad to face the Forests later this weekend and hope we could see him get some minutes.

Martin Odegaard, the Gunners captain, who missed a whole month due to an ankle injury has returned to the squad. He also played the last game against Chelsea where he provided the assist for the Martinelli goal. Odegaard stayed at London during the international break to get fully recovered and he will be playing against Forest this weekend.

Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice, both the Englishmen withdrew their names from the Three Lions squad due to injuries. As per the reports of Nottinghamshire Live, both of them are expected to get fully recovered during the break.

Riccardo Calafiori is also expected to be included in the squad against the Forests. He missed the last few games due to a knee injury.
