Gunners have very good young players and are planning to have a future ready squad. Now, Arsenal have set their sights on Luighi who is only 18 years old but has already made his senior debut.

Luighi is 18 years old Brazilian player who plays for Palmeiras. He mainly plays as a striker and has already made his senior debut.

This year the young forward has featured in 3 matches for the club. He has not started in any of them and only played 19 minutes. But still, Luighi was able to find the back of the net.

Luighi is believed to have a very bright future. He has already played for Brazil under-17 national team and is now part of under-20 team. The Brazilian club are very likely to sell him and bag a huge profit soon.

Arsenal plotting a move for Luighi

Edu is planning to make a move for Luighi next year. Arsenal have already sent scouts to South America who have monitored the 18 year old from a long time. It is also reported that Gunners tried to close down the deal.

Gunners are ahead of anyone else in the pursuit of Luighi. The young forward is wanted by many of the top clubs but he won’t come cheap. According to The Express, Luighi has a release clause of £66.7 million in his current contract.

Palmeiras have already bagged huge profits in recent times. They sold Endrick to Real Madrid for £65 million and will receive around £34 million from Chelsea who have signed Estevao Willian. Soon, Luighi can be seen following their footsteps to Europe.

Earlier, Southampton also tried to sign Luighi but the offer was rejected by Brazilian club. But, if a top club like Arsenal come banging on your door, it is hard to neglect the offer. Gunners can also receive a heavy competition from Inter Milan.
