The Indian Women’ Team set to face Uzbekistan and Belarus in friendlies. The Indian women’s Senior Public Group is qualified to partake in the FIFA women’s Reality Cup, AFC Asian Cup, SAFF Titles, and different Invitational, Worldwide, and Well disposed of matches including Public ‘A’ Groups.

The group has been in camp in Goa since December. They are planning for the AFC Ladies’ Asian Cup, which is set to be held in India in 2022.

The Lead trainer of the Indian women’s Public group, Maymol Rough, who has named a 23-part crew for the two friendlies in Uzbekistan, feels that the groundwork for the group is getting energy.

“We had initially struggled against them, but I remember the last match that we played against Uzbekistan, we fought back well and it eventually ended in a draw. We are looking forward to further building on that result,”  – Maymol Rocky
