CK Vineeth moves to RoundGlass Punjab.

CK Vineeth is on the move to the I-league side RoundGlass Punjab. The confirmation has come from sources. The 33-year-old striker is one of the four ex- Bengaluru FC players signings for the club. The club have already signed Rino Anto, Shankar Sampingiraj and Robin Singh. CK Vineet will make it a five-star window.

Vineeth’s Growth before joining Punjab

Coming from Kerala, he hails from Kannur. Vineeth’s football journey boards the train at SN College. He did play for the Calcutta Customs, Kerala State Electricity Board at the beginning of his career. Following which he signs a contract with Chirag United Kerala also known as Viva Kerala.

Debuting in the 2010-2011 season of I-league wearing the jersey of Chirag United. Consequently scoring a goal in Vineeth’s debut match. Completing two seasons he lands at United SC formerly known as Prayag United. As a coincidence, he scored in his very first match. Reaching higher heights in his following club Bengaluru FC. Joining Bengaluru FC in the year 2014. The trophy case of Vineeth includes two I-League titles and one Federation Cup title for the Blues. All these honours in the three years with the Blues.

Vineeth was on loan to Kerala Blasters where he was able to score many important goals. He did help the team a lot in the 2016 season. The ISL 2016 season is when the team was able to reach the finals. The made in Kerala player stands out as one of the top goal scorers among the Indians who were players in the 2016 season. KBFC signs him permanently right before the 2017-18 season.

Representing different teams such as Jamshedpur FC, SC East Bengal and Chennaiyin FC. He did represent the Indian National team too. Registering more than 40 goals and playing 185 matches and more representing the club and the country. He did play the AFC Cup and has scored four goals playing for Chennaiyin FC and Bengaluru FC.
