Jamshedpur FC are in touch with many experienced players ahead of the Hero Indian Super League 2021-22 edition. The Indian Transfer Window is heating as many clubs are up for loan deals.

The Men of Steel are interested in signing Aussie striker Jordan Murray from Kerala Blasters FC to strengthen their attack cited IFTWC.

According to sources, the Jamshedpur-based club have agreed to terms with a new Asian player from ISL.

However, JFC are going to retain skipper Peter Hartley. He joined Jamshedpur on a free transfer from Motherwell FC. His current contract continues till May 31, 2021.

While Center-back Stephen Eze’s contract will terminate by the end of May and his stay in India for another year is yet to be confirmed.

Nerijus Valskis scored 8 goals for the club in the preceding ISL season and could leave the club, although he has one year left in his present contract. Differences in opinion between head coach Owen Coyle are the reason for the Lithuanian potential departure from the club.

The Red Mariner did not have a good start in the tournament, but gradually the club improved as the tournament rolled on. JFC played 20 league fixtures, and they gathered 27 points (W-7, D-6, L-7).

Valskis scored the highest number of goals for them in the season. At the same time, Eze added 4 goals to the count. Owen Coyle’s team finished at 6th position on the point table by the end of the league.
