In her career, Manisha was qualified in the India U-17 team, where she was going to participate in the BRICS Football Cup in South Africa in 2018.When she executed her memorable performance in India’s inspiring win over Thailand in the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship Qualifiers .
Manisha’s inspiring level continued towards the national team, as her involvement helped her in Gokulam Kerala win the Indian Women’s League and she was named the Emerging Player of the Tournament.

Manisha was selected for the India Under-17 National Squad.Later she promoted to the India Under-19 National Team.Manisha got her senior team call-up for the match against Hong Kong at her 17 age. Manisha signed for the newly formed Indian Women’s League franchise Gokulam Kerala FC.
