Chelsea have managed to strike up a deal with Man Utd for Jadon Sancho. The Blues were able to get the deal done on the deadline day of the Premier League transfer window. Sancho had an uncertain future at the Theatre of Dreams to begin with. He was good in his initial days for Man Utd. But, things did not work out for the winger. Also, he would have some issues with Erik Ten Hag. As a result, we saw Borussia Dortmund signing him on loan last season. The Englishman was great for them. He helped them to the UCL final against Real Madrid.

It looked like things were okay between the winger and Ten Hag upon his return. The 24-year-old would also go on to enjoy plenty of time on the field in the pre-season for Man Utd. But, he was not part of their squad in the Premier League games. And it later came to light, that United actually are considering a move away for him now. Chelsea have taken advantage of the situation and have signed Jadon Sancho on loan. An obligation to buy has also been included in the contract. The Blues will have to pay somewhere close to £25 million (including add-ons) to make the move permanent.
What’s next in store for the winger?
The 24-year-old will be keen to continue his good run of form. At the same time, he will want to perform and make a name for himself in the Premier League now. As per mirror.co.uk, Juventus were also keen on signing him. But, Sancho always wanted Chelsea. The Blues have a young and an exciting lineup. The English winger has already shown plenty of quality in his career. If he is able to bring his A-game to the Stamford Bridge, he will surely become a top player for them.
