Juventus are looking to include Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic in their squad. The Bianconeri is currently looking for a replacement for Adrien Rabiot. Rabiot’s contract it is already on the verge of conclusion and might leave Juventus in the summer. Savic has been the prime player of Lazio and Juve might replace Rabiot with him.
However, Rabiot is currently staying with his mother and doesn’t want to leave the club before the season ends.
Even though Rabiot has played significantly good football, Savic had a far better season. Savic’s goals and assists ratio are better than the French footballer. Savic has a lot of potentials and will further improve if he plays for Juventus.
Now the club is in a dilemma in deciding whether to keep Rabiot or bring in Savic. Now that Pogba is injured, the Bianconeri expects Rabiot to show his potential in the pitch. But it will be better for Juventus if they sell out the Frenchman and bring in the Lazio star. However, it seems like the club will keep Rabiot as of now.
On the other hand, Lazio will definitely like to sell the Serbian midfielder to a team outside of Italy. Lazio will definitely prefer to avoid strengthening their opponents in the same league. Hence Rabiot is expected to stay until another top midfielder comes under Juventus radar.
Currently, the club is going through a bad phase and has already been knocked out of the Champions League. Fans of Juventus are not happy with Max Allegri’s management after failing to deliver results. Juventus should have some major changes next year if they want to compete in the European topflight.
