Juventus to offload deadwood for summer transfer funds

According to reports, Juventus are willing to sell their six underperforming stars to fund their transfer budget in the summer. Aaron Ramsey, Alex Sandro, Demiral, Bernardeschi, Adrien Rabiot, De Sciglio, Paulo Dybala, and Douglas Costa have made the list.

Juventus suffered a staggering £99 million loss during the pandemic earlier this year. However, The Old Lady have supposedly identified five players who are not sellable under any circumstances, including Dejan Kulusevski.

It is surprising that Mattia De Sciglio and Douglas Costa still play for Juventus. They are currently on loan at Olympique Lyonnais and Bayern Munich respectively. However, Juve want them to move on a permanent deal. Gremio wants to purchase Costa from Juventus.

Juventus have identified the deadwood

Paulo Dybala is their star man who can bring them the highest transfer fee. However, Dybala will have only one year left on his current contract in the summer. And a recent report claimed that Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in landing the Argentine forward.

Aaron Ramsey is linked with a move back to the Premier League. Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United are all interested in signing the former Arsenal midfielder.

The recent additions to the Bianconeri squad haven’t delivered quite well in the recent past. Juventus bought a few free transfers in recent years who are on a big wage. However, now, Juventus are stuck with these stars and struggling to find suitable clubs for them.

It will be interesting to see how many stars they can manage to sell and will they be able to sign their targets. This will be the biggest question in the minds of Juventus faithful. This summer is going to be very busy for the Bianconeri.
