Latest Update: Kerala Blasters FC starts their Pre-season in Kochi


Taking all the necessary precautions in the time of Covid 19 the Indian Super League outfit Kerala Blasters FC kick-start their first leg of pre-season camp at Panampilly Nagar ground, Kochi.

Moreover, the Yellow Army‘s management had set up a vaccination camp before the training and all the players are vaccinated to ensure a healthy pre-season camp.

Currently, Blasters newly-appointed boss Ivan Vukomanovic along with his coaching staff are having their training with all Indian Players of the clubs. All the domestic players of the club have served the quarantine and all health checkups.

The training will be done inside a biosecure bubble taking all the safety measures following all the Covid 19 protocols.

“We are excited to train this pre-season in God’s own country. All of us are thrilled and well-set to let the flame rise. We look forward to an enthusiastic and rigorous training this season. We are also building the opportunities for organising the best team for ISL 2021-22.”– expressed head coach Ivan Vukomanovic

GoalKeeper Albino Gomes, Prabhsukhan Singh Gill, Bilal Husain Khan, Muheet Shabir, and Sachin Suresh. 
DefenderShahajas Thekkan, Sandeep Singh, Bijoy V, Abdul Hakku, Hormipam Ruivah, Jessel Carneiro, Sanjeev Stalin, and Denechandra Meitei.
Midfielder Harmanjot Khabra, Jeakson Singh, Sukham Yoihenba Meitei, Lalthathanga Khawlhring, Sahal Abdul Samad, Ayush Adhikari, Givson Singh, Rahul K P, Prasanth K, Naorem Mahesh, Seityasen Singh, Vincy Barretto, and Anil Gaonkar.

All other overseas players like Adrian Luna and Enes Sipovic are likely to join the team at the camp once they clear their quarantine period and the post quarantine checkups.

As per the reports, the Blasters will have their 2nd leg of pre-season abroad at a yet-to-be-disclosed venue.
