Liverpool Eye €60m Move for Stuttgart’s Midfielder Angelo Stiller

Liverpool FC the best team

According to recent reports, Liverpool are planning a €60million offer for Stuttgart’s emerging talent Angelo Stiller.

Angelo Stiller is on the Radar of Liverpool

Angelo Stiller is turning heads around Europe, as both Liverpool, and Real Madrid monitoring the Stuttgart playmaker. The German midfielder is one of Liverpool’s main targets for the summer window.

Stiller is one of the best Bundesliga midfielders this season. And he is tipped for a big move sooner rather than later. Reports from Fichajes claims that the Reds are willing to go big with a €60m offer. Although, they’re yet to make it official.

Arne Slot reportedly sees the player as an ideal fit for his possession-heavy style of football. That makes the German a perfect man to join the Anfield engine room.

Even though his release clause of €36.5m will not be effective until 2026, the Reds could move quickly. They will have to beat out competition, especially with Real Madrid lurking.

Where Would Stiller Fit in Slot’s Squad?

Star players like Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott are already bossing the PL champions’ midfield. However, given that Gravenberch showed some fatigue, Slot might be concerned about energy and tactical sharpness. So, he could look to add a fresh face.

The Stuttgart star is known for his excellent passing, vision, and football IQ. These traits are praised by his current coach, Sebastian Hoeness. His ability to make more progressive passes than Slot’s current midfielders could add a new dynamic to the Reds’ gameplay.

Although Richard Hughes’ main priority will still be bringing in a striker or a defender. Also, bringing in a versatile player like the German now could set them up well for the future.

Given that, some of the top clubs are already circling. The summer market will only get busier, Liverpool may want to act sooner with this midfield maestro.
