Liverpool legend has doubts about Arsenal star’s improvement

Arsenal are set to take on Liverpool this weekend. All the football legends are focused on the match and are giving their verdicts. Liverpool legend Dietmar Hamann has now spoken about Arsenal star Raheem Sterling. He has made some bold statements and also predicted his top four this season.

Dietmar Hamann speaks about Raheem Sterling

Raheem Sterling was once very highly rated for his spells at Liverpool and Man City. Later, City felt the need to offload him and he joined Chelsea in 2022. Since his move to West London, Sterling has failed to perform at the highest level and hence was sent on loan to Arsenal this season.

Sterling was told clearly to leave Chelsea by Enzo Maresca. He joined Arsenal but has still unable to reach the level he once was. Liverpool legend Dietmar Hamann has spoken about this issue and made some bold statements.

Firstly, he said that hopefully we are able to see Raheem Sterling everyone saw at Liverpool and Man City. But, the German legend does not think Sterling can reach those levels at Arsenal.

“He is 29 years old now, he is losing his pace and tenacity. If you look at his form, he has gone backwards since leaving Manchester City. I doubt he’ll improve again” – Hamann speaking to Flashscore about Sterling.

There are now doubts about Sterling’s future at North London. As per the reports, Gunners may decline the offer to sign the 29 years old permanently next year. This may come as a big blow for Chelsea who will have to look for a new club.

Hamann predicts his top four this season

The German legend has picked Liverpool to win the league this season. He thinks Man City will finish second followed by Arsenal at number three. Hamann thinks Tottenham will be able to grab the forth place this season.

The German legend thinks it is perfect opportunity for Liverpool to win the title. He believes that losing Rodri will affect Man City and also thinks that Gunners will fall short once again.
