Liverpool are now planning to prepare for the future without Mohamed Salah. They are currently looking at some of the top wingers in the world to replace their superstar in near future. Liverpool have now linked with shock Chelsea player who has failed to deliver since making his move to Stamford Bridge. The player in discussion is Mykhailo Mudryk who is currently rated at €35 million by Transfermarkt.
Liverpool planning to make a move for Chelsea flop
As per the Fichajes, The Reds are monitoring Mykhailo Mudryk as their new superstar. Mudryk would cost Liverpool around €35 million but his price will increase further with add-ons. The Reds may have to pay around €50 million in total to sign the talented winger.
Replacing Salah is never going to be easy for Liverpool as the Egyptian has emerged as one of the greatest wingers in the world ever since making a move to Anfield. He has been the backbone of Liverpool attack and replacing him with Mudryk is never going to get a positive response from fans.
The Reds have signed Federico Chiesa this summer who has joined their winger list. Along with Salah they have Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota who can play on the wing.
Chelsea desperate to offload Mudryk
The Blues are desperately looking to part ways with Mudryk. Firstly, they have elevated their attack to next level by signing Pedro Neto, Jadon Sancho and Joao Felix this summer. Noni Madueke has also been superb since the start of the season.
All these players have ensured that Mudryk is a surplus to their wingers list. Mudryk has only been able to score 7 goals and pick 5 assists in 64 matches for Chelsea.
The Blues paid €100 million to sign Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk. Chelsea surely have not received a response they wanted for spending this much and hence will like to recoup some of that amount. The Blues will surely view selling Mudryk for €50 million as a good deal.
