Liverpool Player Ratings are all given here after their loss against Fulham in the Premier League at the moment.
Loss against Fulham:
Liverpool would have already been 14 points clear on top of Arsenal already if they won against Fulham. However they failed to do so.
Alexis MacAllister scored a really beautiful goal against Fulham. This already gave Liverpool the lead. However, they had a lot of defensive errors which led Liverpool to go down by 3-1 in the first half. Ryan Sessegnon, Alex Iwobi and also Rodrigo Muniz scored the goals for Fulham.
Liverpool were a lot better in the second half to be honest. However, they still lost the match. Conor Bradley and Luis Diaz scored the second goal combined for Liverpool.
Liverpool Player Ratings vs Fulham:
Kelleher was 4 out of 10 to be honest. He was lucky that he did not give away a penalty. He brought down Andreas Pereira in the penalty area.
Curtis Jones made an defensive error for Liverpool where the ball bounced off his knee. Ryan Sessegnon scored the goal for Liverpool after that. He is also not really as creative as Trent Alexander Arnold to be honest. His rating was 4 out of 10 too.
Konate was not really able to do anything. In the first half there were several problems for him as well. His rating was 5 out of 10.
Virgil Van Dijk was 4 out of 10. He made an error as well. This is costed Liverpool the third goal.
Andy Robertson was 3 out of 10. He made two horrible errors for Liverpool. This costed them a goal as well.
Mac Allister, Gravenberch and Szoboszlai were all 7 out of 10 for Liverpool.
Mohammed Salah was mediocre and his rating was 5 out of 10.
Diogo Jota was 4 out of 10 and also Cody Gakpo was 4 out of 10 too.
Author’s Opinion:
I think this was a horrendous loss for Liverpool. They could have played so much better to be honest. I think Arne Slot can make the tactics a lot better and there is a lot of work to do.
