The team return back to winning ways after their victory against Wolves in the Premier League. They struggled a lot in the second half. However, they still secure the victory anyway. They are one of the best teams in the world right now at the moment. They were dominated by Wolves in the second half. Matheus Cunha scored a goal for Wolves and got one goal back for them in the second half. Liverpool had two goals in the first half with a Luis Diaz goal and a Mohammed Salah penalty. In the second half, Liverpool did not even have an attempt on goal too. Wolves had 10 attempts on goal in the second half.

Alisson Becker was 7 out of 10, he was great for Liverpool. Trent Alexander Arnold was 4 out of 10. He was terrible. Ibrahima Konate was 5 out of 10. He was not really that good at all. He made some tackles here and there however. Virgil Van Dijk was 8 out of 10. He was great as usual for Liverpool. He is of course the best defender in the Premier League. Virgil Van Dijk kept his consistency like always. Andrew Robertson was 6 out of 10. He was not that bad. Ryan Gravenberch was 5 out of 10.
He did not play that good to be honest. Alexis Mac Allister was one of the best players on the pitch for Liverpool and he was 8 out of 10. Dominik Szoboszlai was really good as well. He was 6 out of 10. Mohammed Salah, Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz were all 7 out of 10 each. They worked really hard in the match. All of them performed well in the attacking. However, in the second half they did not really play that well.
Author’s Opinion:
I think Liverpool deserved to win this match. However, it was really difficult for them in the second half. They still won the match anyway.
