According to reports from Yahoo Sports, Liverpool wants to sign Assane Diao from Serie A team Como.

Liverpool are on the rise:

Liverpool have been on the rise again. They have always been on the rise ever since Jurgen Klopp joined Liverpool as the manager. The team have been literally very perfect as well. Liverpool have won a lot of trophies too. As usual, Mohammed Salah have been the top scorer if Liverpool ever since he joined them. He is one of the greatest Premier League player of all time. He have also been outscoring players like Haaland and other youngsters as well. The player have been performing way too good for the team. It seems like there is not really any other player who can actually replace him to be honest.

However, there is one problem that Liverpool are facing at the moment. There are many players whose contracts are ending by the summer transfer window. This is why Liverpool are facing the problem to renew them at the moment. Virgil Van Dijk’s contract as well as Salah’s contract are all about to end at the moment. They are looking forward to renew them. However, it seems pretty evident that they will both leave during the summer transfer window. This is why they need to sign the replacements during the summer transfer window. Otherwise there will be various problems in the team. Liverpool have already started to eye Assane Diao as Mohammed Salah’s replacement. He is a rising star in Serie A at Fabregas’s side. He is a really great winger and will be very useful for Liverpool as well. NewCastle United are also interested in signing him as well.

I think, he will be really great for Liverpool. However, I do not think he can replace Mohammed Salah to be honest. He might be a really great player. However, he cannot replace someone of the likes of Salah at Liverpool.
