Luizao with the option of proving his worth or leaving the club

Luizao is a 2002 Born talented young center back plays for West ham United currently. Luizao also plays for Brazil national team as well. The Brazilian joined West Ham United in 2023 as a young and exciting prospect. Although, he is yet to make a first team appearance for the club so far because of several reasons. He was the product of São Paulo’s academy and made his first appearance in 2022 before joining West Ham United.

That is obvious that the player is disappointed with the game time he has been getting at the London Stadium. Player does understand that with the potential and the quality he has got he could do better.

Luizao has an important decision to make

Does the player believe that if it the lack of game time was because of the previous manager David Moyes? Maybe his departure can create opportunities at the London Stadium which can make David Moyes a “Big Obstacle”. Although he has been giving his appearance in Under 21 side of West Ham United.

Luizao is also attracting clubs from lower leagues, Antalyaspor from Brazilian league are interested in getting the player on board. Antalyaspor appointed their new head coach Alex De Souza, who had coached the player previously in São Paulo’s u20 team. It becomes quite tempting from the coach of Antalyaspor and also for the player it is safe option for as it at least gives assurance of the first team game time.

Interest from the Brazilian teams

According to reports Alex De Souza has made a ‘special request’ to Antalyaspor to sign the 22-year-old this summer. His entourage would welcome this move, which makes this Win – Win situation for everyone.

Reportedly, although player is not totally neglecting the option of staying at the club, moving to Brazilian league is a second option, as if now the player is determined to prove his worth at West Ham United. The club has changed their managerial system after 6-7 years and have appointed Julen Lopetegui who has previously managed Giant Spanish clubs like Real Madrid, Seville and the Spanish national team as well, the Spaniard has also managed Portuguese Giants Fc Porto. Other players and the fans have a optimism about the future at the club as they now have a highly profiled manager as their head coach.

Conclusion

Julen Lopetegui’s initial time at the club is not going as smooth as expected as there were reports about him being unsatisfied with the backing from the owners of the club and reports also said that he might even leave the club with the immediate effects but luckily, that did not happened now then the club has also signed former Wolverhampton Wonders captain Kilman.

Under all this circumstances Luizao is looking forward to prove his worth and be a starter at the club. Now future is up to the player and the new manager who already has other options at the same position, on the other hand the player also has an option to leave the club and move somewhere else.
