According to Fichajes, Pep Guardiola wants Man City to sign Desire Doue from Paris-Saint Germain. The Sky Blues are prepared to spend as high as €90 million to secure the services of Doue. The player has been superb this season and his age increase his market value even more.
Despite the interest from English champions, PSG are unwilling to part ways with Doue anytime soon. They only signed the Frenchman in summer 2024 for €50 million from Rennes. This season, Doue has been excellent in Ligue 1 along with UEFA Champions League.
Doue is 19 years old and can play in multiple positions. He currently plays as right winger for Luis Enrique. In addition, he can play as left winger, striker, central midfielder and left midfielder. Hence, this versatality makes him a key asset in Luis Enrique’s side.
Doue has played 39 games this season across all competitions. He has been able to score 7 goals and pick 11 assists. Lastly, he has helped PSG to stay on first position in Ligue 1 and reach the quarter finals of Champions League.
