However, it is very unlikely that Barca will agree to this deal. They rate Yamal very highly and view him in their squad for long term. In addition, the player has also came through their academy and loves the club very much. Hence, City will need to pull something special to land Yamal.
Yamal is only 17 years old but is regular starter for both club and country. He has became unstoppable this season under Hansi Flick. He has scored 13 goals and picked 17 assists in 42 games. Yamal has so far played 19 matches for Spain national team and has registered 4 goals along with 8 assists.
Barca fans love Yamal and view him as next Lionel Messi. The 17 year old has all the right attributes to become like the Argentine. Despite being in some financial issues, Barca have no intention to sell Yamal anytime soon.
