Temporary Unemployed Football Agents

Man United were reported to carry a bold transfer plan with Real Madrid this summer. This would have helped the Red Devils to strengthen their financial side. But, the deal is now failed.

Man United are really struggling with finances right now. They are making a lot of changes across all departments of their club. This has not went well with the fans who feel like the club is not treating them right. But, the Red Devils are not shy to take bold decisions to take the club back on the track.

Man United & Real Madrid reported to have strategy planned but …

Real Madrid are keen to improve their defensive unit this summer. They are showing interest in Benfica star Alvaro Carreras. The Portugese giants are demanding €60 million. Los Blancos are not ready to pay this amount and hence had another plan.

Carreras joined Benfica from United who have a buy-back clause. The Red Devils can sign the Spanish star for €18 million. Madrid want United to trigger that clause and then sell Carreras to them for €30 – €35 million. This will help United to earn much needed profit.

But, this deal is unlikely to happen anytime soon. The agent of Carreras has told A Bola that the player is very happy at Benfica. He said that the reported deal is just a pure fantasy and Carreras will stay with Benfica for atleast one more year.

Carreras has been very good for Benfica this season. He has played 47 games and has registered 4 goals along with 4 assists. He is only 22 years old and can be seen as long-term investment. Carreras mainly plays as left-back but can also play as centre-back if needed.

Madrid are desperate to sign a new full-backs this summer. As for right back, they are said to have already signed Trent Alexander-Arnold. They also need a new left-back as Ferland Mendy has failed to impress this season. In addition, Fran Garcia has also not been able to perform at highest level.
