Maguire is now 32 years old but still has some more years to offer at top level. As of now, United are likely to part ways with both Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof. Hence, they may opt to keep Maguire for little longer due to his experience.
United are willing to bring in some new players this summer. Hence, they may opt to not hand Maguire a contract extension or they may extend his contract on a short term basis. As of now, it is hard to predict what the Red Devils will do this summer but there is a sense that Maguire’s future at Old Trafford is safe for now.
