Man United submit opening offer for 28 G/A star
The star in question here is Bryan Mbeumo. He is 25 years old and currently plays for Brentford. Mbeumo is likely to leave the Bees after a superb recent season. He scored 20 goals and picked 8 assists to showcase his quality.
“Man United have come in with their opening offer … it’s not enough. Brentford won’t take less than £60 million – indeed they put him atleast on par with Matheus Cunha at £62.5 million, so United could very well need to go another £10 million” – Graeme Bailey told TBR Football.
“However, the two clubs are talking – and I am told there is full confidence of the deal going through. The player’s camp is already in broad agreement over terms” – Bailey about United’s pursuit of Bryan Mbeumo.
United are very close to land Bryan Mbeumo because they have reached agreement. In addition, the player is set to demand hefty wages. The Red Devils are struggling financially right now. But, they are set to part ways with multiple current players. Hence, they are likely to complete the signing of Mbeumo with ease.
