Man Utd Plotting Move for Inter Milan Ace Denzel Dumfries

Premier League 2025-2026

Manchester United are reportedly gearing up to make a move for Inter Milan’s phenomenal star Denzel Dumfries.

Denzel Dumfries is on United’s Radar

Manchester Utd are reportedly interested in Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries. According to Inter Live, the Red Devils are looking to make an offer to sign the Netherlands international worth around £34 million.

Dumfries will be a great fit for Ruben Amorim’s tactics he heavily uses wing-backs. Amorim has the third worst record in Utd history as they currently sit on 14th place.

This season, the Dutchman has scored 8 goals and has provided 2 assists in 38 games, and he is also considered one of the better in his position. He has had a big hand in Inter’s campaigns in Serie A and in the Champions League.

Another Inter player is linked to Old Trafford

Man Utd’s interest in Inter’s defender isn’t new. There were past rumors suggesting talks of a swap deal that never took place. Now, with a fresh summer rebuild on the cards, Red Devils are serious about finally bringing him in.

Denzel has proven quality at both ends of the pitch, combined with his title-winning experience in Italy. That makes him a great addition to the Red Devils’ lineup. His movement to England in the Premier League would surely be an exciting level up. But, that will also offer United the defensive stability and attacking edge they badly need.

Signing him for £34 million will be a good piece of business in this instance. Mainly due to the fact he can fill multiple roles on the wings.

United are also monitoring his teammate Yann Bisseck. This may also potentially lead to a double deal from way for Milan. Amorim is already pushing for new bodies into the club. So this summer is going to be a big one at Old Trafford.
