According to Football Insider, both Arsenal and Tottenham are keen to sign Sudakov next year. Along with the North London rivals he is also looked upon by Manchester City and Liverpool.
Spurs are looking to find a long term player in an attacking midfield position. They currently have James Maddison who plays in that position. They will view adding player like Sudakov an upgrade in midfield. Spurs do need to add a more attacking touch in the final third.
