PSG star continues to attract attention as Chelsea join the race

Chelsea have joined the race to sign PSG star in January. The questioned player is already on radar of Arsenal and Man United. His probability of moving to England mid-season is now very high.

The star in question here is French striker Randal Kolo Muani. The 26 year old has fallen from the favour of PSG boss Luis Enrique. He is way behind in pecking order and as a result has started in only 2 games so far this season.

PSG have no intention to keep Kolo Muani at the club in January. They are planning to sell him permanently but can also sanction loan move. As of now, the 26 year old is very heavily linked with Premier League clubs.

Arsenal and Man United are believed to be frontrunners in the race for Kolo Muani. Both clubs are very likely to enter the market to sign attackers. The France international seems like a very good fit considering his versatality, quality and availability.

Journalist Santi Aouna has reported that the Blues have shown interest in Kolo Muani. He has also added that the West London club will make contact in the coming days.

Chelsea do have a very good squad depth and hence this news will raise the eyebrows of their fans. But, the Blues are set to loose some key players like Nkunku who are unhappy with the lack of game time.

In addition, Chelsea have been hit hard recently as Mudryk has tested positive to the doping tests. He is suspended and this has opened up space on the wing. Kolo Muani can play as both striker and winger which makes him perfect fit for Chelsea’s needs. However, as of now the Blues are the least favourites to land the France international.
