According to reports, Michael Carrick will be in charge of Manchester United’s next Premier League tie against Arsenal. Meanwhile, Ralf Rangnick will lead the Red Devils for the remainder of the 2021-22 campaign. Once the season ends, he will be a consultant at the club, where he will have a say on new signings.

Ralf Ragnick has already set his sights on making new signings to revive Man United’s current season. According to Bild, the 63-year-old wants to bring Erling Haaland to Old Trafford. The Norway international will have a release clause of €75 Million on his contract next summer. Ralf Ragnick has a good relationship with Haaland and his Family, which can improve United’s chances of signing Haaland.

Reports have claimed that Chelsea Forward Timo Werner is also on Ragnick’s radar for next season. Ralf Ragnick is confident that he can get the best out of the former RB Leipzig Striker at Manchester United. The incoming head coach is also allegedly plotting a move for RB Leipzig’s Amadou Haidara, who could be scouted by the Red Devils in his side’s next two matches.

Haidara has a release clause of £33 Million in his current deal with Leipzig. The Mali international could arrive as early as January, with Manchester United set to target a new midfielder at the start of 2022. However, Chelsea might not let Werner move to Manchester United next summer.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund will face an uphill task to keep Erling Haaland who is heavily linked with a move away from Signal Iduna Park. Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Manchester City will give stiff competition to United for acquiring the services of Haaland.
