Why do Madrid want him?
For starters, the Frenchman is quite young. Also, he is a special player with a lot of talent. On the other hand, Los Blancos have an ageing backline. Particularly, when we are talking about the center-backs. Both, David Alaba and Antonio Rudiger are past 30. Meanwhile, Eder Militao is proving to be injury prone. So, signing 23-year-old William Saliba from Arsenal would actually be a great move for Real Madrid. As of now, Madrid’s scouts think he is the right fit for them. But, any chance of a move won’t be possible now. But, we could see them trying to sign him in 2025.
