Real Madrid has a special connection with the Brazilian players in recent times. Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo have transformed to be essential players for the Madrid-based club. Vinicius in particular is one of the most important players on the team. It is therefore of no surprise that Madrid is one of the leading clubs in the race to sign Brazilian wonderkid Endrick Felipe from Palmeiras.
Endrick is probably the most sought-after player at the moment. He is also the one to have gathered the most interest from clubs and football fans after the emergence of Neymar. Only 16, the kid has the whole footballing world on its knees.
Real Madrid edge closer to signing Endrick
A lot of the top European clubs are fighting for his signature. PSG, Chelsea, Barcelona, and Real Madrid. But according to transfer insider specialist Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid is leading the race. Romano recently revealed in his podcast that Real Madrid has made fresh attempts to sign the player. The latest advancements came after the Brazilian club rejected a proposal by France-based club PSG. Barcelona is also interested in the player as stated by Xavi himself. But their financial difficulties mean that the club will have to invest in the most necessary position for the moment until they get stronger. This puts Real Madrid in a strong position. The recent history of Brazilian players shifting to Madrid will also be a huge boost for the club.
European clubs can only officially sign the player when he turns 18 years old owing to the FIFA transfer regulations which prohibit any foreign club from signing a player under the age of 18. However, with the advancements, Endrick is really close to Real Madrid than any other club.
