Robert Lewandowski has reportedly asked his agent to secure a move to take him to Real Madrid. Lewandowski is performing consistently for Bayern Munich and has been scoring goals to win matches. However, the Polish international missed out on the Ballon D’or 2021 as Lionel Messi won his 7th earlier this month.
Reports have suggested that Robert Lewandowski will ask to leave Bayern next summer. He will only have one year left at Bayern after the end of this season. AS understands that he has given orders to his agent, Pini Zahavi, to give absolute priority to an eventual offer from Real Madrid that could occur next summer. He might follow the footsteps of David Alaba and Toni Kroos, who joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich.
Alongside Robert Lewandowski, there will also be a fierce battle to sign Erling Haaland. These two big names have a lot to do with each other. Real Madrid have also been attached to both Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe. However, Lewandowski nearly signed for the Los Blancos after the 2012/13 season, but the deal failed due to Lewandowski’s ex-agent Cezary Kucharski.

Real Madrid also have excellent reports about his training methods and how he takes care of his physique. He is a player that ensures a few more seasons at the best level. His wife, Anna Lewandowska, is one of the most successful nutritionists in Poland.
“He’s a guy who is hungry to improve as a player, and because of that, he has a special diet. His wife puts him on. Robert even told me that the big change in his career, when he became elite at club and international level, was when he radically changed what he ate. It’s a different way of preparing and eating, which was fundamental for him”said his friend and national teammate Thiago Cionek
Robert Lewandowski has found the back of the net 319 times in 349 appearances for the Bundesliga giants since arriving from Borussia Dortmund in July 2014. There were rumors during the summer transfer window of 2021 that the 33-year-old striker wants a move away from the Allianz Arena. Manchester City were linked with the Polish during the summer, who were in the market for a striker.
“I don’t think Robert will leave Munich. I’m sure the Germans would not like to get rid of Lewandowski. The only exception was last summer. Chelsea thought about signing him. Bayern, despite his age, was demanding €140-€150 million.”said Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio
“That was more or less the amount in talks over Lewandowski’s transfer. In the end, Chelsea chose the younger Romelu Lukaku. Bayern still sees the future with Robert. Lewandowski himself wants to continue playing in Germany, he feels good and will probably stay there.”said Gianluca
Robert Lewandowski has also been previously linked with a move to the Premier League as Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City have shown interest to sign the deadly striker.
