GOLDEN THREADS FOOTBALL CLUB

Golden Threads Football Club was founded on 10 April 2010 in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. With a passion for the beautiful game and a commitment to community development, Golden Threads Football Club has become a symbol of pride and inspiration.

History

The club was founded by a group of businessmen and football enthusiasts to promote football in the state of Kerala. Meanwhile, the Golden Threads FC quickly rose through the ranks of Kerala football. Moreover, in 2013, the club won its first major trophy, the Cochin Premier League.

In 2014, Golden Threads FC made its debut in the I-League 2nd Division. Meanwhile, it is the second tier of Indian football. The club finished its debut season in seventh place. However, it has since become a regular contender for promotion to the I-League, the top tier of Indian football.

Trophies

The club has triumphed in multiple domestic leagues. Golden Threads FC won the Cochin Premier League in 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019. Moreover, they have also won the Kerala Premier League (2021–22)
