Todd Boehly opens up about various current situations
Todd Boehly was asked about both their hiring system and ownership. The fans are not happy with both of the mentioned topics. They want an instant impact and hence are forcing the Blues to change their system of hiring young players.
“The most misunderstood thing is that we are thinking about measuring success in years. You have to think both short and long term. We are focused on the combination on both those things and seeking the best way to execute. It is a balancing act” – Boehly about their current project.
“The one thing I have learned about the British press is they exaggerate a lot and leave stuff out. I am not going to comment. We have agreed on a strategy and a way forward and stuff is getting done. And I don’t look in the rear view mirror” – Boehly about ownership as reported by GiveMeSport.
