Victor Osimhen proves his quality yet again ahead of an important Winter transfer window in January. Osimhen, who was forced to leave his former side Napoli in the summer had no other choice but to join the Turkish side Galatasaray. The 25-year-old striker failed to find a new club before the deadline day in the top 5 leagues. But the Turkish window was still open and he managed to join Gala on a season long deal at last.
The Nigerian’s unique clause
However, the Nigerian striker has made a unique clause with Napoli in order to join Gala on loan. As per that clause, Osimhen can join any of the 10 clubs he has listed, if they offer him a deal. And his release is also lowered from €130 million to €75 million, to help the striker find a new club with ease.
On the other hand, Napoli will have the full control of Osimhen’s future. So that they can get the money they want. Top European clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, PSG etc are amongst the teams who can trigger that clause.

Victor Osimhen was really close to join Chelsea this summer. Former Chelsea midfielder Mikel John Obi claimed on The Obi One Podcast that, the move failed due to some minor reasons. Osimhen was all in to join the London top flight.
But now, many fans and pundit do not want him at Chelsea. As they believe after joining the Turkish side, his level has been lowered. Instead of the Nigerian many suggests that the Blues should go for someone like Benjamin Sesko or Viktor Gyokeres.
But Victor Osimhen has again proved his haters wrong. In the recent Europa League fixture against Chelsea’s rival side Tottenham Hotspurs, Osimhen scored a match winning brace. He was also awarded the POTM award for his performance.

Though the Blues are the most probable side to sign the Nigerian during the Winters, but in football we never know.
