Arsenal’s situation with Gyokeres
Arsenal was most likely to craft out a deal with Viktor Gyokeres as they still had the funds to load up their squad.
On being asked about the Gunners attacking squad Mikel Arteta said
‘We have some great strikers.
Gabi (Gabriel Jesus) is there, Kai (Havertz) has seen a lot of playing minutes, Leo (Leandro Trossard ) has played, we believe we have all the necessities as well.

Sporting manager has a major role to play in Viktor’s stay at Lisbon
Before Liverpool settled on Arne Slot to lead the Reds as the replacement of their iconic manager Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool were keen on bringing Ruben Amormim to Anfield but he chose not to move with Premier League clubs.
Amormim’s choice not to move and stay in Lisbon played an important role in Viktor Gyokeres’s stay at Sporting Lisbon.
Viktor Gyokeres has signed a loan deal with the club and his move to other clubs now seems in the air. The Portuguese club seem to cash in their talents when their value soars.
Many had expected the same case that Sporting would do the same with the Sweden international.
The interested Premier League clubs might have to wait another season to get hold of Viktor, this could ensure the last 43-goal season wasn’t a fluke for the Swede forward.
