Chelsea can demand £30 million they spent six months ago for the permanent sale of Dewsbury-Hall. Hence, it will be interesting to see if Hammers are prepared to spend that much in the middle of the season.
The Blues can also sanction a loan move. However, they will like to include an obligation to buy at the end of the season. Along with West Ham, there are several other clubs keen to sign the 26 year old.
