Liverpool will consider to sign Arsenal target in the summer transfer window. But, they will only enter the race if one of their current star leaves.
The Reds are having a superb season under Arne Slot. The Dutch manager is leading them to the Premier League title in his first season. In addition, they are also looked upon as favourites to win the Champions League this season.
Despite the great season, there are many changes expected in the Liverpool squad. Some of the under performing stars are set to get sold by the club whereas some are asking to leave. Amongst, these departures there are 3 players who can move away for free.
The players who will be out of contract are Trent Alexander Arnold, Van Dijk and Mohamed Salah. As of now, none of them have signed contract extensions. Hence, the Reds are always busy to monitor proper replacements if any of these players leave.
Arnold is set to join Real Madrid which will expose the right flank. Van Dijk is also been looked upon by many top clubs which will leave void in defense. Lastly, Salah has been best player in world this season and hence his departure will be impossible to recover from for long time.
