Last campaign was a tough one for the Dane at Old Trafford. He made a move from Italy to the Premier League. But, Rasmus failed to meet the expectations. He scored just four goals in a poor season for the Red Devils.

Despite being once hailed as an “exceptional talent,” his confidence has taken a major hit. Meanwhile, Luka Jovic and Tammy Abraham will be making an exit this window. So, the Rossoneri are looking for a fresh face up front.

Hojlund’s had a great impact in Italy prior to the move to England. It’s not only AC Milan who are watching him, but Inter and Juventus are both paying special attention as well. A return to Serie A could be exactly what the forward needs. However, the major issue is Utd’s preference to sell rather than loan him out.

The English side reportedly wants to cash in, hoping for a permanent transfer. This may complicate things for Milan. They are cautious after being priced out of a move for Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson. Still, if the right offer comes in, Man Utd are open to letting their striker go.

Red Devils Looking at Osimhen for New-Look Attack

While Hojlund’s exit looks possible, Manchester Utd are already planning for life after the young striker. They’ve missed out on targets like Viktor Gyokeres and Liam Delap already. So, they have turned their focus toward Napoli’s Victor Osimhen again.

The Nigerian hitman is exactly the kind of proven goal-scorer the Red Devils needs. Galatasaray are also trying to land Osimhen. Although, United will have to act fast if they want to beat the competition.

It seems Hojlund is likely to be heading out this summer. Man Utd will be in need of attacking firepower. So, this summer could see major changes in the club’s forward line.
