The Birch Road Football source said that the Blues have made an approach for the playmaker born in Argentina who has been the best under Cesc Fabregas this season.
On the other hand, Madrid’s firm position and the player’s sentimental attachment to the Spanish giants might make it difficult for Chelsea to get him.

In just ten games, Paz has emerged as one of the most eye-catching players in Serie A, recording eight goal contributions.
