There were claims from Spain that the Gunners‘ bid of roughly £55m has been accepted. But, Palace want to find a replacement first. It is rumoured that the Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta was vocal in pushing for him to arrive. Spurs are part of the mix, but Arsenal’s pursuit has taken them to the front of the queue.
The attacking midfielder was brilliant last season, producing 25 goal contributions in the PL. Eze has played high pressure games before in having an FA Cup and Community Shield in his collection. A move to Arsenal would allow him a platform to compete for the biggest prizes in football.
