One Chelsea attacker had fallen out of favour. The Blues are keen to sell him with his former club showing interest. But, his agents have recently offered him to Turkish champions.
The star in question here is Joao Felix. The Blues signed him only in the last summer. They paid £43 million to sign him but the deal has not worked out. Felix failed to establish himself as key player under Enzo Maresca. He was then quickly sent on loan to AC Milan.
Felix had good start to his career at Milan. Firstly, the Italian club were very impressed and expressed a desire to sign him permanently. But, the 25 year old was not able to stay consistent. As a result, he was sent back to West London by Milan.
Chelsea keen to sell Felix with his former club showing interest
Chelsea have no intention to keep Felix in their squad. They are keen to sell him permamently this summer. As of now, the 25 year old is wanted by his boyhood club Benfica. The Portugese side have been showing strong interest in him although nothing has materialized yet.
Benfica may find it hard to sign Felix due to his valuation. The player is ready to join them to get his career back on track. But, the Blues will only allow him to leave if their demands has fulfilled. The talks about Benfica have somewhat cooled recently and hence Felix’s agents have offered him to Turkish side.
Joao Felix offered to Galatasaray by his agents
According to Chelsea News, Joao Felix has been offered to Galatasaray by his agents. The 25 year old was in Istanbul recently to spend his holidays. But, the report says that he had casual meeting with Turkish champions. However nothing formal has happened yet.
Galatasaray are considering player’s demands and may approach Chelsea soon. But just like Benfica, they may find it hard to match Chelsea’s valuation. However, the Blues will be forced to sell their players due to which they might lower their demands. Both Galatasaray and Benfica can then take advantage.
