Manchester City are looking forward to reaching UEFA Champions League Qualification. However, they have been horrendous lately. It will be really hard time to reach that level at the moment. Pep Guardiola is getting really frustrated himself. It is pretty difficult to make certain tactics for the team expecting them to perform well. However, at the end they are getting these bad results.
Manchester City Brighton Post Match Analysis:
Erling Haaland scored the first goal for Manchester City. He broke some records for Manchester City after scoring that as well. He is the first player who has 100 goal involvements in less than a 100 games in the Premier League. Pervis Estupinan scored the equaliser for Brighton. It was a really good goal as well. He scored a beautiful curling free kick from the spot. It bounced off from the post. However, it still went in. Stefan Ortega who was the Manchester City keeper for that day because Ederson was injured, could not save the goal as he went to the right and watched the ball go in. Omar Marmoush gave Manchester City the lead again. However, Khusanovv scored an own goal for Manchester City after a few minutes from Jack Hinshelwood’s effort. The ball was diverted and went inside the goal. The score was 2-2.
Author’s Opinion:
I think this was a deserved draw for Manchester City. If you play horrendously and make mistakes all over the pitch then the opponents are bound to take advantage of it.
