According to Manchester EveningNews the England international has shown true sportsmanship. Although he didn’t played a single game for Manchester United, he encouraged the entire squad with his leadership abilities.
This time Gareth Southgate has included him in England squad for Euro2024 which is going to be held in Germany. The shot stopper has agreed to join the three Lions camp as a training goalkeeper. He will give valuable advices to England goalkeepers like Jordan Pickford, Aaron Ramsdal.
Southgate said: “I am really pleased Tom has agreed to join us in Germany. Experience tells us that a tournament can put a lot of demand on our goalkeeping group led by Martyn Margetson.
