Liverpool Is Set To Sign Wolves Wonderkid In The Summer

Liverpool

Last season Liverpool brought in some brilliant young talent from their academy in the first team after the club was facing a major injury crisis. Now the Reds are ready to bring new Wonderkid Alvin Ayman. Wolves midfielder is reportedly closing a permanent deal to the Reds and could be the first signing of Liverpool in the summer transfer window. Apart from Liverpool the big six Premier League clubs are also targeting this young talent.

Journalist David Lynch said on Anfield Index,

“The deal is close to being done. They think he’s a big talent and are trying to agree a fee that won’t incur a tribunal being involved. They are pretty confident.”

Alvin is just 16 years old and joined Wolves last year from Bradford City following seven years at the West Yorkshire Club. Almin had been in the West Yorkshire Club since under-9s, mainly playing as a left-sided central defender and in Midfield. The 16-year-old is the subject of interest from many big premier league clubs, Liverpool is one of them. Manchester United are also trying to get this young talent. But it seems like Alvin Ayamn will join the Reds in the summer.

Who is Alvin Ayman?

Alvin Ayman can play as a defensive midfielder position and center-back position as well. Ayman is also an England u-17 international and featured in the beach for Wolves last season. The 16-year-old already made nine competitive youth matches for the Wolves, including seven matches for Wolves U-18 and two for the Wolves U21 side. Wolves believed that the player had exceptional potential, and so did the other big premier league clubs. Ayman was brought with the senior team to Manchester by Gary O’Neil for a premier league match a few months ago, against Manchester City. Although Ayman was not on the squad, the 16-year-old gets the taste of premier league football.

Reds are bringing new faces to the Youth Academy and often use those players in this first team. Players like Jarell Quansah and Conor Bradley were used by former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp for the first team after the Reds faced a major injury crisis last season. All these players signed in the youth team before making their senior debut for Liverpool.

But still, the Reds have been criticized over the years because of not bringing high-profile young stars. So, the Reds are looking for young talents who could join the academy before contributing themselves to the senior team. There is no doubt that Alvin Ayman is the primary target of Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
