Football is a sport where numerous rumours come up on the surface daily. But recently, there have been some rumours came which can destroy Man City completely. A hacker has revealed that he has some documents which contains information related to the 115 charges of Man City.
Rui Pinto is a famous football information leaker on the internet. He got a prison sentence for 4 years. Pinto was the creator of ‘Football Leaks’. He was arrested in 2019 for illegal accessing of information.
Pinto recently revealed that he has some emails and data which could expose Man City. He has much information regarding them including their alleged breach of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.

How are Man City in trouble?
Rui Pinto states that with the number of documents he has regarding Man City, it could destroy the legacy of the club. According to the MailSports – via Twitter, Rui Pinto will reveal ‘Bombshell’ Man City emails and documents. He claims that this will prove that City have breached the FFP rules. He insists that everyone, after reading the mails, will definitely find criminal relevancy.
If his statements and claims are true as he says, Man City would be in great trouble. The Mail have summarised Man City’s 115 charges. They are as follows:
- 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.
- 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.
- 5x Failure to comply with UEFA’s rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.
- 7x Breaching Premier League’s PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18
- 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 – Feb 2023.

He said that they have a massive file of Man City related documents. They haven’t released it yet but they will definitely publish it at some point on the Internet.
The consequences Man City would face
Many would try to understand what consequences City would face if all the rumours and claims prove to be true. The period starts from the 2009/10 season.
- The Premier League board would take away all the trophies that they have won.
- City might face relegation as points might get deducted.
- They have to pay a fine for every player they bought over that time period.
However, till now, it’s still too early to say anything as everything till now is still a rumour. It’s only a matter of time until the truth comes out.
