One should be able to imagine a school with some problems, eh? Laws even govern this wonderful game about issues such as player spending and signing. There are 74 different aspects under consideration across the footballing authorities to check if the Chelsea club is abusing the laws in one way or another. 74 at least-just that was not fair.Β

Issues regarding fair play come into the picture here. Naturally, clubs ought to uphold these laws because competitors will then have an equal opportunity to win.
