Juventus Players are choosing this manager to as Pirlo replacement

About Football Express India - Indian Super League - I-League

After having a disastrous season under the rookie manager Andrea Pirlo it seems unlikely that he will be the Juventus manager for next season.

Pirlo hasn’t been able to stabilize the team and create his best eleven over the whole season. They were knocked out of the Champions League by FC Porto in the round of 16 stages and are on the verge of missing out on the top four spots after almost over a decade.

The Bianconeri are currently fifth at the moment in the Serie A league table. It might look like that they are only one point away from fourth-placed Napoli but the next game of the Old Lady of Turin is against the champion Inter Milan and it will be a make or break for them.

Meanwhile, few speculative names are coming out as the potential replacement for Pirlo as the new Juventus boss. Zinedine Zidane, Diego Simione, Massimiliano Allegri are among those.

Who will replace Pirlo at Juventus?

According to reports, Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso could be the replacement for Pirlo as the Juventus manager. The relationship between the Napoli manager and the club owner Aurelius De Laurentiis has deteriorated in recent months and he will be leaving at the end of this season.

Gattuso was linked with a move to Fiorentina in the upcoming summer transfer. However, he might become the new Bianconeri manager with the support of few Juventus players.

It is still unclear who are the exact players wanting Gattuso as the new manager. However, Leonardo Bonucci has worked with him at Milan during the 2017-2018 season and Paulo Dybala also worked with him at Palermo.

The appointment of Gattuso won’t fill the supporters with joy that’s quite certain. However, he has done a pretty good job for Napoli and if they can secure the Champions League spot then that will be a great achievement for him that’s for sure.

It will be another exciting saga about who will become the new Juventus manager after the departure of Pirlo. If it is Gattuso then he will play an attacking brand of football that is not in the DNA of the Bianconeri. They are a more pragmatic and hard-to-break type of team. However, we haven’t seen this in recent years.
