Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on Torino defender Bremer

Torino defender Gleison Bremer is in high demand among the Premier League giants like Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City as per the report in Italian outlet FANTACALCIO

The Brazilian defender joined the Serie A side back in 2018 from Atlético Mineiro for around €5 million. The 24-years-old has emerged as one of the most consistent performers in the Italian league over the past few campaigns. While doing so has caught the eyes of many big clubs. 

According to the report, many Premier League clubs are showing active interest in signing Bremer next summer. Apart from them, Inter Milan and Juventus are also monitoring the contract situation of the player. 

The 24-years-old’s contract will expire in June 2023. While he has expressed his desire to leave the Italian side as the Brazilian wants to play in the Champions League and play for his country. So, given the player will have only one year remaining in his contract next summer. The other European clubs will get the chance to snatch the defender for cheap. 

Premier League clubs are interested in Torino ace Bremer:

Signing Bremer will be a great purchase for the Premier League clubs like Liverpool and both Manchester clubs. Despite having enough firepower in that area for all of those aforementioned teams, adding extra quality in defence will always help the manager to rotate the squad and keep the players fresh for a long exhausting season. 

With Giorgio Chiellini enjoying the final few seasons of his career and Leonardo Bonucci also reaching his mid-30s. Juventus could be a perfect destination for the Brazilian defender. The Bianconeri are looking to sign young talents and the 24-years-old aptly fits into that criteria. Bremer and Matthijs De Ligt could be the long term defensive pairing for Massimiliano Allegri. 

So, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Bremer next year. While the player has already showcased his talent in Serie A and joining the Bianconeri will open his way up to the Brazil national squad.
